From the Santa Felisa Estate in the volcanic Acatenango Region of Guatemala, this bean is elegant and mellow with a clean finish. Offering a bouquet of honey-roasted almonds and toasted marshmallows, opening into milk-chocolate with soft baked lemon, this medium-bodied coffee conjures quiet images of a Saturday morning in autumn.

There are not enough O’s in smooth to represent our Brazilian Ipé. Full-bodied with milk chocolate and caramels up front, evolving into butterscotch and calm, deep breathing. Think Wonka’s chocolate river, how nice to be a kid again.

The rainy Northwest is a good place to find people ducking into coffee shops and out of the wet. So we crafted the Puddle Jumper to send them off with smiles on their faces, and a kick in their step. A balancing act between the subtle sweet of baker’s chocolate and the depth of a sophisticated red wine, with caramelized butter, black cherry and chocolate aromatics to warm you from the inside-out. 

Our Vienna Blend is multi-layered, a wolf in sheep’s clothing.  It ambles in sweet on the tip of the tongue, then rushes over your palate with a rich mouthful of dark cherries and saccharine earth. Very smooth with low acidity, this is a drink for the vigorous city-walker.
